2. Get matches
We will match you with candidates in the system and send you email notifications.

3. Conduct interviews
Communicate via our messaging platform with candidates you're interested in. Schedule interviews with the best candidates.

4. Make a hire
When you make an offer to a candidate and they accept, you'll do your paperwork just like you would with any candidate that you hire. You'll be billed your first monthly fee on their start date.
